Hiring: Call Centre Agent

Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Call Centre Executive to join our growing team!

If you are confident in sales, enjoy talking to customers, and can handle high-volume calls while achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Convert inquiries into confirmed party bookings
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Explain party packages, events, and promotions
• Update and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate confirmed bookings with operations team
• Deliver excellent customer service

KPI & Targets:

• 100–150 calls per day
• 50 WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups daily
• Monthly target: 120 hot leads converted into bookings
• KPI: Exceed 120 hot leads monthly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in call centre, telesales, or customer service preferred
• Fluent in English
• Arabic speaker is an advantage
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Target-driven and energetic personality
• Ability to work under pressure

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 2,500 – AED 3,000
