Call Center Agent – Contact Centre

📍 Location: Cairo - 🕒 Full-time

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences? We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our Contact Centre team and support customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms
• Take full ownership of customer queries and ensure timely, accurate, and professional resolution
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience while building rapport and trust
• Accurately log and manage all customer interactions using internal systems (BMC Remedy, ININ, COMMS, etc.)
• Support outbound calling activities and follow-ups when required
• Follow contact centre processes, scripts, and quality standards to ensure consistency
• Contribute to improving service quality and Customer Effort Score (CES)
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
• Adhere to schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
