Call Center Agent (Outsource)

Job Summary:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Follow up on customer requests when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotating shifts
