Call Center Agent - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales
• Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
• Perform data entry for customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Respond to customer emails effectively
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Meet established service level agreements
• Execute additional assigned tasks as needed

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities
• Intelligent and quick learner
• No previous BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
