Call Center Agents

We are hiring confident and fluent Call Center Agents for our UK campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle outbound/inbound calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based customers
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally
• Generate leads and close sales (if sales campaign)
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in UK campaign (preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in night shift (UK timing)
