Call Center Agents/CSR

An Australian Medical Company is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as CSR/Call Center Agents at our Islamabad office located in E-11.

Position: CSR/Call Center Agent

Location: E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 PKR (salary range based on interview performance)

Working Hours: 2:30 AM - 11:00 AM (Australian Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

· Provide excellent customer service, addressing Patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring Patient satisfaction.

· Communicate effectively within and outside the organization to ensure smooth interactions.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

· Excellent English Communication skills required

· Ability to effectively communicate with Patients and colleagues.

· Proficient in using communication tools and software.

· Flexibility to work during Australian Standard Time (2:30 AM - 11:00 AM).

Timing may vary due to day light saving.
