BPO Industry (US/CA Market)

We’re looking for a  proven Customer Sales Representative  with a strong background in  BPO sales  to lead our outbound sales efforts and manage a team of SDRs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute a complete  sales process and workflow  for outbound B2B/BPO sales.
• Manage  cold outreach and outbound campaigns  to generate qualified leads in the US/CA markets.
• Conduct and close  sales calls  independently.
• Provide  performance reports  and insights to management.
• Utilize IT and research tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum  3 years of proven experience  in BPO sales and business development.
• Demonstrated experience managing a  sales or SDR team .
• Strong understanding of  US/CA B2B markets .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong research and analytical ability.
