Job description:

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Respond to client's inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

2.⁠ ⁠Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM system.

3.⁠ ⁠Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to track lead progress and sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Required candidates with 1 to 4 Year(s) of experience.
  • Candidate must be graduated.
  • Candidate must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Should be good in communication and in maintaining good relations with clients and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
