Job Summary

Digi Sparo is seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing accurate information, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about company products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients as required.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work evening or night shifts as scheduled.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
