Call Center Executive

We're Hiring: Outreach Agent (Customer Service) | Dubai, UAE

We're Urgently looking for a motivated Outreach Agent to join our growing team! If you're confident in communicating with people, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to kick-start your career in customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply (Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce our services and gather customer feedback.
• Support client onboarding by explaining our services, features, and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Analyze customer interactions and feedback to help improve outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer engagement and overall service quality.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge or experience in customer service, outbound calling, tele sales, sales, or call center operations is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
