Call Center Manager (On-Site)

Location: Islamabad or Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time | Remote
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 300,000

We are hiring an experienced Call Center Manager to lead outbound call center operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily call center operations
  • Lead and supervise 20+ agents
  • Drive KPIs: conversion, productivity, quality, attendance
  • Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Handle escalations and continuously improve team performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead
  • Proven experience managing 20+ agents
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of call center KPIs
  • Fluent in English and Urdu
