FEMALE-REAL ESTATE BROKING TEAM LEAD

We are looking for a female candidate with a proven experience of minimum two to three years having strong referrals and connections in the real estate market. Presentable personality with strong communication skills is a must. Role description is as below

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (team + individual)
• Drive property sales (residential, commercial, plots, etc.)
• Monitor pipeline: leads → site visits → bookings → closures
• Ensure high conversion ratios across the funnel

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents
• Set individual KPIs (calls, meetings, site visits, closures)
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
• Motivate team through incentives and performance tracking

3. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Develop lead generation strategies (digital, referrals, walk-ins)
• Build relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients
• Ensure continuous flow of qualified leads to the team
• Oversee portals (Zameen, Bayut, etc.) and campaign performance

4. Client Relationship Management

• Handle high-value clients and key negotiations
• Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to closing
• Build long-term investor relationships for repeat business

5. Market Intelligence

• Track property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Identify high-demand projects and investment opportunities
• Guide team on positioning and pricing strategies

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Track KPIs:
• Lead conversion %
• Average deal size
• Revenue per agent
• Report directly to Head of Sales / Director

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all deals comply with legal and company standards
• Oversee booking forms, agreements, and payment schedules

COMPENSATION:
