Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

About the Role

Fairways Logistics is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. We’re seeking confident communicators who can work well under pressure and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and shipment confirmations.
• Provide clear and accurate details about logistics services.
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams for seamless operations.
• Stay up to date on company services and policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call centers (US/Canada market experience is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work full-time night shifts at our DHA Phase 6 office.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
