About the Role

ATU Logistics is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — managing both inbound and outbound calls to provide assistance, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

We’re seeking confident communicators who can handle pressure calmly, think quickly, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and support requests.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, shipment confirmations, and updates.
• Explain ATU Logistics’ services and solutions clearly to potential clients.
• Manage customer complaints patiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth coordination.
• Stay updated on company policies, services, and operational changes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (US/Canada market experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Must be available for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
