Call Center Representative

We are hiring experienced Sales Agents for outbound calling to international clients. The ideal candidate must be skilled in telemarketing, lead generation, cold calling, sales conversions, CRM handling, and customer service. The goal is to close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make Outbound Sales Calls, Cold Calls & Follow-ups
• Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Promote Digital Marketing Services to business clients
• Maintain customer data in CRM and generate daily reports
• Meet weekly & monthly Sales Targets
• Provide professional communication and excellent customer support
• Maintain compliance with company and Indeed telemarketing standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years experience in Tele-Sales / Call Center / BPO
• Strong communication & English speaking skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Knowledge of Lead Qualification, Telemarketing Tools & CRM
• Target-oriented with high motivation
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Email, CRM)

Preferred Skills (Boost Ranking)

• International calling experience (US, UK, Canada)
• Sales in Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Web Services
• Excellent Customer Service & Negotiation skills
