Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
