Salary: PKR 35,000 – 75,000 per month

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls with professionalism and confidence
Communicate fluently in English with international clients
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
Maintain accurate records in the system
Meet daily performance and quality targets
Provide exceptional customer experience on every call

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work night/evening shifts
Fresh candidates welcome training provided
Prior call center experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40.00 - Rs75.00 per month
