Position Overview
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing information about services or promotions. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions or service requests
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication guidelines and service standards
  • Support customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives
