Job Title: Call Center Representative (Female)

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
Squad International is looking for a female Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with clients, and maintaining excellent communication to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and present company services.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain call logs and update the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in call center / international campaigns (DME preferred) will be a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in cold calling.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
