Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and driving new business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients in the US and UK markets.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our digital marketing services, effectively tailoring the pitch to address specific client needs.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
• Accurately log and manage all client interactions, details, and sales activities in the company CRM.
• Conduct strategic follow-ups to nurture leads, overcome objections, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Maintain a professional and client-focused demeanor in all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and managers to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matric / O-Levels. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Experience: Prior experience in international outbound sales or a call center environment is a strong advantage. Experience selling digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC) is highly preferred.

Job Details

• Location: Office No. 402, Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore.
• Shift Timings (Monday - Friday):
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Work Type: Full-time, on-site. This position is not available for remote work.
