Position: Call Center Sales Agent (Insurance Sales)

Job Type: Full-Time

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to introduce and sell insurance policies to potential customers.

Clearly explain the features, value, and benefits of our insurance products.

Build strong relationships by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Uphold company values and represent the organization with professionalism at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have a personal laptop (mandatory requirement)

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / ICom or equivalent)

Strong communication and persuasion skills in both Urdu and English

Must possess a valid and original CNIC

Passionate about sales with a goal-oriented mindset
