Position Overview

KB Health Strategies is hiring motivated individuals for our Call Center Sales Representative role. This position focuses on speaking with prospective clients and selling health insurance plans while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding health insurance options
• Build rapport and identify client needs
• Assist clients in selecting coverage that fits their needs
• Document client interactions and follow up as needed
• Meet daily and weekly sales performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment
• Goal-oriented and motivated
• Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
