Call Center Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Call Center Supervisor. Who is fluent in both Arabic and English (bilingual). The candidate must be locally available in Qatar and Posses 5-7 years of Experience in a call center or customer Service Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound call in a professional and courteous manner.

· Respond to customer inquiries complaints and request promptly and accurately.

· Resolve customer issues efficiently.

· Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

· Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

Mandatory -Must be fluent in both Arabic and English

  • Sponsor change is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience as a Call Center Agent.
  • Experience in Health Care Center is an Advantage.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Call Center tools experience is a must – Reporting knowledge, cisco telephony, quality management.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
