Job Summary:
Padra Medical Center is seeking a professional, patient-focused Call Center Agent . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about medical services while ensuring an excellent patient experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, treatments, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding doctors, departments, and medical services.
  • Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and feedback.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff concerning patient schedules.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the CRM / HIS system.
  • Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/HIS systems is an advantage.
