Job Description:
We are hiring energetic and motivated male & female agents for our night shift call centre operations. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls with professionalism.
• Provide product/service information to clients.
• Manage customer queries effectively.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets as per company requirements.
• Maintain call quality standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Good command of English (spoken & listening).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
