Position Overview
The Call Centre Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by professionally handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding company products and services
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records and documentation
- Adhere to all company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed customer service and performance standards
- Contribute positively to team objectives and a collaborative work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu with basic proficiency in English
- Prior call centre experience is an advantage; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
