Job Title: Calling Session Representative Ncba&e FLC is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Calling Session Representatives to join our team. As a Calling Session Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with students, providing information, and building relationships. Responsibilities: - Make calls to 1000 students per day - Communicate effectively with students, providing information and answering questions - Build rapport and establish relationships with students - Address concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of calls, including student interactions and outcomes - Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make 1000+ calls per day - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in English (verbal and written) - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (desired) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with students or in education-related fields - Familiarity with CRM software or dialing systems - Scripting and negotiation skills - Data entry and record-keeping expertise Work Environment: - Office based - Overtime may be required during peak periods
