Call Representative

Job Title: Call Representative (Patient Services)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Call Representative to join our primary care team in Blackshear, GA. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in delivering a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to manage a high volume of calls with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
• Provide general information about services, office hours, and policies
• Route calls to appropriate departments or staff as needed
• Accurately document patient interactions in the system
• Handle patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Support front office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
