Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Call Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. Your main role will be to generate leads through cold calling, explain what we are offering to potential clients, and support broader marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is persuasive, confident on the phone, and looking to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Domestic cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in what we offering.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments or site visits for the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads.
• Understand customer needs.
• Follow up on warm leads from campaigns, digital inquiries, or referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client meetings, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Intermediate/Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, call center.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based client interaction.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
