Call Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Calls Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. The Calls Manager will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring that every caller receives a positive and helpful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
• Record and maintain call logs, messages, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries regarding our programs, events, and general operations with clear communication.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Support administrative and coordination tasks as required by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
