Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to clients through phone, email, and live chat.

· Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to company services.

· Accurately document and maintain records of all customer interactions in accordance with company policies.

· Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.

Required Skills:

· Proven experience in administrative support.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
