Timings:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Calling Agent with 2–3 years of experience in SEO campaigns to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls for our USA-based SEO campaign, engaging with clients professionally, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries for USA-based SEO campaigns.
• Effectively communicate services and solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
• Maintain call records, update CRM, and ensure data accuracy.
• Work closely with the SEO and sales team to support campaign goals.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing calling campaigns (USA-based preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing terminology will be an advantage.
