Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

- Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

- Provide information regarding company services and address client concerns.

- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.

- Meet daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a calling, telesales, or customer service role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high call volumes with efficiency.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

- Preference will be given to female applicants.
