Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Generate sales or interested leads
• Maintain basic call and customer records
• Follow up with interested customers
• Meet daily and monthly targets

Requirements

• Basic communication skills
• Comfortable talking to customers on phone
• Willing to work with targets
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience preferred but not required

Working Conditions

• Office-based
• Fixed working hours
• Target-driven role
• Timings 6pm onwards
