Calling Agent – B2B Cold Calling (Only Males)

Job description:

We are hiring experienced Call Agents for B2B cold calling in the US construction industry. This role focuses on reaching contractors and construction companies to promote our professional estimation services and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily cold calls to US-based construction businesses
• Follow the provided script and qualified leads
• Set appointments and close deals where possible
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Meet daily call targets and monthly sales goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Neutral/clear accent (US market)
• Strong persuasion & objection-handling skills
• Sales-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: PKR 40,000–60,000
• Incentive: PKR 4,000 per successful sale
