Calling Agents

We are looking for motivated Cold Calling Agents to join our team and generate leads for our services. The role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, building interest, and converting prospects into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Introduce company services
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling cold calls
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus
• Target-oriented and self-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
