Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Calling Agents to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with international clients, primarily in UK-based campaigns, delivering excellent customer interaction and achieving sales targets.

This is a full-time, on-site role suited for individuals who are confident in English communication and have prior experience in call center or sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of communication with UK-based customers
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
• Record and update customer information accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in calling or sales (mandatory)
• Prior experience in a UK campaign is highly preferred
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, professional, and target-driven
