Camp Boss

Position: Camp Boss (Immediate Joining Required)Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of camp.
• Manage accommodation and resolve resident issues.
• Maintain inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Enforce camp rules and ensure discipline.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for staff movement.
• Ensure timely delivery of food, water, and services.
• Keep records of attendance and camp occupancy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Camp Boss.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of camp maintenance and operations.
• Able to handle multicultural workforce.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Flexible and willing to stay at camp.
• Immediate joining required

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
