Camp Boss

The Camp Boss is responsible for managing and supervising all activities within the labor camp, ensuring the well-being, safety, and discipline of workers. The role involves coordinating with management, resolving labor issues, and maintaining camp facilities to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the labor camp and manage all camp staff.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and discipline of all camp residents.
• Address and resolve issues or grievances raised by workers.
• Coordinate with HR, manpower, and project teams regarding worker attendance, accommodations, and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, facilities, and inventory of camp resources.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Prepare reports on camp operations, incidents, and worker issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination during arrivals, departures, and shift rotations of laborers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in labor camp management, preferably with manpower or construction companies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of labor laws and camp safety regulations.
• Dynamic, proactive, and decisive personality.
