We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of our staff accommodation. The ideal candidate should ensure the camp runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a comfortable living environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all camp operations and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the camp.
• Handle accommodation allocation and ensure proper record keeping.
• Coordinate with HR and Admin regarding employee movements and requirements.
• Monitor food supply, maintenance, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills for record management.
• Ability to handle multicultural staff and resolve issues efficiently.
