A camp boss in a construction company is responsible for managing the daily operations of the worker's camp, including accommodation, food services, cleanliness, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Camp Operations: Oversee all daily activities in the camp, including managing accommodation, mess halls, and recreational areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all camp facilities, including accommodations, washrooms, and common areas. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise camp staff, including cleaning crews, maintenance workers, and support personnel, to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of all camp supplies and consumables, manage stock levels, and coordinate timely requisitions for necessary items.
- Safety and Security: Implement and enforce camp rules, safety procedures, and emergency protocols. Ensure security measures are in place to keep the camp secure at all times.
- Resident Welfare: Handle complaints and issues from residents in a professional manner. Ensure adequate first-aid and medical facilities are available.
- Record Keeping: Maintain various records, including attendance, occupancy, inventory, and incident reports.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven 5 UAE years experience in camp management or labor coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff effectively.
- Knowledge of camp maintenance, operations, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in record-keeping.
Salary package and Benefits:
- Salary range between 3000 AED - 3500 AED per month.
