Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility in Sharjah. The successful candidate will ensure smooth clinic operations, regulatory compliance, quality patient care, and efficient coordination among medical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including reception, nursing, and administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with MOH / DOH regulations, licensing, and inspection requirements.
• Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
• Supervise staff performance, scheduling, attendance, and training.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Implement and monitor policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance programs.
• Handle patient complaints or feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of medical and administrative documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, maintenance vendors, and insurance companies when required.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and operational updates for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare management role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (MOH, DOH, DHA).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
