General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across Home Care, Doctor on Call, Clinic and EMS services.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA and DCAS regulations and all relevant healthcare standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and achieve financial targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service lines to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the business unit.
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain high-quality patient care standards and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, healthcare partners, insurance providers, and clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives and explore new healthcare service opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare, with proven success in managing Home Care/EMS/Doctor-on-Call operations.
  • Experience in business development, financial management, and strategic leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
