Camp Boss

PFC Group seeking an experienced Camp Boss with minimum 2 years of UAE experience, capable of managing multiple labor/staff camps across different locations. The ideal candidate will ensure all camps operate smoothly, maintaining high standards in hygiene, accommodation, catering, and overall staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of multiple camp sites across various UAE locations
• Supervise catering, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain proper inventory control, supply ordering, and budget tracking for each site
• Ensure all accommodations are clean, safe, and meet UAE labor camp regulations
• Handle staff movements between camps and coordinate with HR/Admin
• Enforce camp rules and ensure proper grievance handling and discipline
• Prepare regular reports on camp operations and submit to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Camp Boss in the UAE
• Proven experience in managing multiple camp locations
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
• Good understanding of UAE health, safety, and accommodation regulations
• Computer literacy (MS Office, inventory or facility management software)
• English fluency required (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)
• UAE driving license is mandatory
