About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations of our remote accommodation camp. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and manage all camp staff to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all camp operations, including Cleaning, maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline to maintain consistent service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning.
• Handle incident reporting, emergency response coordination, and escalation procedures.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 01 years of experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in Labour camps
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email reporting).
