Camp Boss

A Campboss (Camp Boss) in a fit-out company (construction/interior fit-out projects) is responsible for managing worker accommodation and welfare—especially for large labor camps supporting projects.

• Oversee daily operations of the labor camp (rooms, facilities, utilities)
• Allocate rooms to workers and maintain occupancy records
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
