Job Title - Camp Boss

We are looking for a Camp Boss with 5+ years of experience in UAE in a Construction based company. We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee our workers’ accommodation in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be capable of maintaining camp operations, hygiene, discipline, and welfare of the camp residents.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day operations of the camp to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the camp premises.

-Monitor staff attendance and ensure rules and regulations are followed.

-Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.

-Handle inventory and supplies for the camp.

-Resolve any issues related to workers’ welfare promptly.

Job Requirements:

-Prior experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role is required.

-Good communication and leadership skills.

-Ability to manage large groups of workers and handle logistical tasks.

-Must be currently available in the UAE.

-Languages- Hindi , malayalam, English

-Immediate joining Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
