Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to oversee daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation, hygiene, safety, and welfare standards for employees. The ideal candidate will manage camp facilities, supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensure smooth camp administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily camp operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
- Monitor accommodation arrangements and employee welfare
- Coordinate housekeeping, catering, laundry, and maintenance activities
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with camp rules and regulations
- Handle camp inventory, supplies, and stock control
- Coordinate transportation and logistics when required
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
- Address employee concerns and report issues to management
- Prepare camp reports and maintain proper records
Requirements
- Preferred candidate should be able to communicate in Hindi
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of camp operations, hygiene, and safety standards
- Ability to manage staff and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Camp Boss or in a similar role
- Experience in labor accommodation, hospitality, or facility management is preferred
