Camp Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Camp Supervisors to oversee the daily operations, administration, and discipline of large labor camps accommodating 5,000+ employees. The role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and hands-on experience in UAE camp management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall camp operations ensuring safety, hygiene, and discipline
• Manage accommodation, facilities, and maintenance activities
• Handle employee issues, grievances, and welfare matters
• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor and camp regulations
• Maintain camp records, occupancy data, and reports
• Liaise with management, service providers, and local authorities as required
• Handle emergency situations and ensure smooth camp operations

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 5–6 years of UAE experience in camp management handling 5,000+ employees
• Good physique and strong leadership skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to stay in camp

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
