Labour Camp Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Labour camp operations including accommodation, facilities, hygiene, and discipline
• Oversee camp staff such as supervisors, security, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies
• Handle employee welfare, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Maintain camp occupancy records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with management, service providers, and government authorities
• Ensure emergency preparedness and handle incidents effectively
• Monitor camp budgets, supplies, and operational costs

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 5–6 years of UAE experience in camp management handling 5,000+ employees
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good physique and ability to manage large workforces
• Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to stay in camp

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
